Smokey Salsa
1 Can Whole peeled tomatoes
2 T Onion, chopped
1 T Garlic, chopped
1 C Cilantro
3 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo, find it in the Spanish section of the grocery store.
1 lg Palm full of Ground Cumin
2 Limes, juiced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Put everything in a blender and pulse until well blended.
Adjust salt and peppers to taste.
