Bar-B-Que Spare Ribs
- Pork Spare Ribs
-*Rib Rub
-*Bar-B-Que sauce
Rinse ribs an pat dry. Cover ribs in dry rib rub and massage rub into meat. Wrap and seal tightly in foil and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Keep ribs wrapped in foil and place on a sheet pan and place in oven for 3-4 hours.
Take ribs out of the oven and allow to rest a few minutes. Meanwhile, fire up the grill. Brush ribs with Bar-B-Que sauce and char on grill 10-15 minutes until they have a nice char grill.
Meat will MELT in your MOUTH!
Serving with buttered corn on the cob and baked crinkle cut french fries.
**I have used many different rubs and sauces. I prefer smokey spicy flavors, but you can use rubs and sauces you prefer. The method and timing of cooking is what is important. I have tried and enjoy these sauces: Emeril's, Stub's, Salt Lick Sweet or Habanero sauce (available at Target), and my Dad's special house blend!!! I'll get his recipe up one of these days...
