Grilled Fish Tacos

Serves 4-5

3 Fresh fillets of fish (talipia works well)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lime
Salt & Pepper
Tortillas
Shredded cabbage
Chopped tomatoes
salsa


Salt & pepper fish and brush with oil. Place in fish cage or on an oiled grill pan. Allow to cook about 3 minutes per side. Squeezing lime juice generously over both sides. Remove fish from grill and break into pieces. Place pieces of fish in warm tortilla and top with cabbage, fresh tomatoes, and salsa.

Serve with Spanish rice and black beans.
